A stroll though the old town

The old town of Peñíscola is worth a visit. With very young children it is worth opting for a baby carrier, because the old town has narrow and steep streets with cobblestones. Are your kids able to find the house of shells? This curious house has a facade full of shells, the kids will love it!

In the old town it is also worth looking for the blowhole. It is located in a cul-de-sac very close to the Museum of the Sea. Under the right conditions the sound of the air moving through the blowhole, can be heard through much of the Old Town in Peñiscola.

The Museum of the Sea is an interesting little museum to visit with children and learn about the history and seafaring tradition of Peñíscola.
